Good games on MAME question

OK, after about 6 months of playing classic games for the Snipercade Deca (and getting my backside handed to me...again) I need to catch up with some of the good games from recent MAME releases. They have been coming fast and furious recently. And with just a 56k modem, I do not have the luxury to download everything and pick out the garbage later...

SO since, say MAME .62 to today, what would you folks say are some of the "MUST HAVE" MAME games??

I don't know if anyone is so into MAME that they have memorized which games were available as of which versions. If you haven't checked out MAME since they implemented the CPS2 emulation, then I would suggest trying out the wealth of awesome Capcom games they have.

Or, just go to http://www.mame.dk/top.phtml and check out the top games there. Mame.dk has everything.

Thanks, I have a lot of those top games, I was just wondering specifically what some of the more recent really high quality games were. My last download as version .35, and then I just went to .70... big jump, and I just don't know what's good in these newer editions.

Some of these newer downloads are huge, and I don't really want to spend an hour or two downloading a complete turkey of a game.
