I got the following message from someone I sold a CDI to. It worked just fine before I shipped it, but he's having problems getting it to work. Here is the message. Any suggestions?
Well...
I hooked up the system fine, and the tv is at the right channel, and everything.
First time I tried, it appeared on the screen but with no sound. So i turn it off and try again. I've tried about 100 more times and now the screen only goes black, i dont understand the problem.
See... with or without a disk, the systems menu should still be coming on. But it isnt... its just black. I'm just trying to figure out why.
