This isn't really auction related as it's the Amazon Marketplace, but I'm posting it here anyway.

I bought a copy of panzer dragoon 2 from a seller on the amazon marketplace. It's been over a month and I haven't received it. I emailed the seller and haven't gotten a response. I'm starting to think I've been ripped off.

I filed a claim with the amazon marketplace. Has anyone done this? Should I expect my money back or is this pointless? BTW, it's not really the money as its only 20 bucks or so, it's more the principle of the matter.

If you don't get a refund and Amazon doesn't help you, go through your credit card company. That usually works for me.

You should've gotten a tracking number with your shipping confirmation; Amazon needs sellers to give them one before they give them their money.

Is the code marked as "delivered" or "in transit"?

Not true. All the seller has to do is click the "Shipped" button on the order page. Adding tracking information is not mandatory.

Amazon is known for having the absolute best customer service (sometimes to a fault), so you should have no problem getting your money back. I'd start the process now because I know there's a deadline.

That's odd.

It won't let me click on shipped without a number.
