Not the best quality, but this picture comes from a snapshot I took while playing GTA:SA on PS2. This is during the adult shop scenario where you must monitor one of the characters leaving the store and then kill her. However, on my first try, this upside down plane flies out of nowhere, crashes, and kills her, ending the mission. Absolute freak accident, but one worth noting.
