Intellivision Defender Value Question

I have a copy with the box and cart in very good shape. The only problem is the instruction manual got wet and the pages are stuck together. Came this way in a lot, almost all the manuals are like that. Anyone know the value, supposedly it's one of the rarer games? Thanks in advance for any advice.

Rarity Guide lists a CIB copy goes for around $80 but that's probably in great condition. You didn't mention overlays but Defender may be one of those games that didn't come with any.
