i couldn't find anything about this game in the forums :o
what do u think about the new Sam & Max game from Lucas Arts, i saw a trailer yesterday and i it looks great and seems to be as funny as the old game :)

Sam & Max was a wonderful adventure game, although I was too young at the time of its initial release (barely 20) to appreciate its humor. I need to go back and play it again as a grown-up, presuming I can make it work on my PC.
The new S&M should be great, although the new Full Throttle -- at least the E3 version, which I'm sure is miles away from completion -- had some tech issues that I hope S&M can avoid.

Don't forget that ScummVM (http://www.scummvm.org) can run the original Sam & Max (to a farily good extent, anyway).

S+M Oooooh how I'm looking forward to that. I'll probably have to buy a new PC to be able play it though :S
Full Throttle I'm looking forward to too, but less so since the Gone Jackals disbanded.

Wow, someone else actually bought ther (Gone Jackels) CD? Man, I thought I was the only one.
I cannot wait for Sam and Max. I can't wait for someone to get off the lazy asses and put the short lived cartoon on DVD either. And maybe the trade paperback of Steve Purcells amazing comic will get another printing so I can pick it up and learn to draw Max again.
But until then I will have to settle for the new game, when ever that will come out.

Sam and Max absolutely rocks. I've got the VHS tapes of the cartoons, the comic book collection, and the game- Great, great, great, great, great.
I'm thinking that the new one should give ME a lot of fun. Whether it'll be good enough to amuse a new generation of kiddies...? That's hard to say.
Real hard to say.
We'll have to wait.
I hope it's REALLY violent.
(In cutscenes and animations, at least)

This game will be pretty hot... I hope at least... The original for PC was hillaroius and the cartoon was totally cool as well.... They should bring the series to DVD....

The original was a blast to play with it's great and twisted humor! To bad the cartoon was short lived but hopefully this new S&M will live up to the orginial!
