Will UK Core Grafx systems work with U.S. tv's and power?

There is no such thing as a UK core Grafx.

However you might be thinking about the PAL turbo Grafx. In which case no this would not work on a US tv, i believe these units put out a PAL Signal. If you have a US tv that can display PAL 50 signal then you should be ok because the PAL turbo grafx comes with AV cables. However if your trying to hook up via RFU your stuffed :)

As for Power id say a US Turbo grafx power supply should work on the pal system, but you'd have to compare the specs.

Actually I'm referring to a bunch of Core Grafx units I see on ebay that are seiing from the UK or Australia. Maybe they are Japanese units.

Ok yup they would indeed be japanese :) in which case they would work on a US tv with the same power supply
