All Playstation Plus members have access.
The only game mode available now is "Wanted", and it's pretty fun. The game environments lend themselves to a multiplayer brawl better than I would have expected.
"Wanted" gives you a contract on another player, who you need to assassinate as discreetly as possible. The stealthier you are the higher score you receive.
With 6 players in the city at a time, sometimes multiple players wind up assigned the same player to kill and sometimes each player has their own target ... making for some very interesting cat/mouse scenarios and strings of kill-your-target-and-then-immediately-get-killed-by-your-pursuer scenarios.
Took me a half-hour or so to really get a feel for how to be effective (ie not just running around full steam trying to find my target and exposing the hell out of myself) ... and once I did the game really became fun.
Reminds me ever so slightly of the great Spies/Mercs multiplayer in Splinter Cell ... in the way that it's a refreshing, unique take on online multiplayer that's not just another FPS death-match.
