I think the games included are copied..he states they are on CDROM, while I think the Dc's games were based on some weird Cd format, called GDROM or something close to that.

That's probably a lack of knowledge rather than pirated copies... most people don't care wtf it's called, they know it looks like a CD. The liklihood that they would take the time to print fake covers like that is pretty slim.
