I need information about these guides.

I would like some info on these, I picked them up in the dollar store a great long time ago. they have copyright dates of 1999. so I would like to know more about them and possibly if they are worth anything.

I don't believe they're worth much more than you paid for them, unfortunately...

I had one of those like the one on the right. It was for just the base set.

Sold it for a few bucks along side my own collection a while back.

Unofficial, but you never know. There might be someone who wants them. Most of the unofficial guides for anything pokemon at the time were very much babied onto kids & were so simple that they were almost insulting.

So to answer your question, no, I don't think they're worth anything.
