Hello,

I am new here and had an Xbox 360 system question. If you can help I would appreciate it. I have an Xbox 360 system with about thrity downloaded Xbox marketplace games on it. It is an older system with a 20 BG hard drive. The question I have is this: Is it okay to sell a system with downloaded games on it on eBay? Also, is there any risks to me the owner, as I would be selling this system with a profile attached to it. I NEVER had an Xbox Gold membership and I never used a credit card to purchase games ( I always used a points card). Would I get more for a system like this, or don't buyers care about downloaded games (these are good games like Rez, Castlevania, etc.)? Any help is appreciated. Please note that this is NOT an offer to sell the system, so please don't delete this question thinking it belongs in the marketplace section. I would appreciate any help from an experienced Xbox gamer or collector before I decide to do this. Thanks again for your help!

I've more commonly seen Nintendo Wii's sold with an emphasis on how many games were downloaded to the system, but that's likely because the games are not transferrable between Wiis.

If you've never had any credit card tied to your XBL account and you're planning on handing over an account in good standing with all the log in credentials and it happens to have X amount of downloads tied to it, I can't see how that would be a problem.

I see plently of other eBay listings that have 360s with XBLA games on the HDD, so it must not strictly break any eBay policy.

I'd say as long as everything is on the up and up you should be fine.

Thank you so much! I hop I get a good price for it, as it has about 30 cool downloaded games on it and is in good standing. Thanks again for all your help!
