No leads where I should look for it?
You have to admit that what you are asking for is approaching a modern day miracle. How often do people lose the game disc, but keep the packaging? A relatively high valued game like this would make it even more rare, as anyone with a complete case/manual would simply buy a loose disc to make it complete and resell for profit.
