Golden Axe (GEN Complete) - 5
Suikoden - 10 (it's complete, but the case looks like a replacement. The game has the backing and instructions, but the "top half" of the double case doesn't have instruction slots (rather a CD holder). It has the PSX logo inscribed into it, so maybe it's an official Sony replacement?)
Everblue 2 (PS2) - 15

I found TONS of stuff this past 3-day weekend:
For Jaguar (all these were complete in box!):
Alien vs. Predator (manual's in really rough shape)
Tempest 2000
Cannon Fodder
Syndicate
Iron Soldier
Flashback
32X (also complete):
Space Harrier
Star Wars Arcade
These were $3.95 each. First time I've EVER found Jag stuff at a thrift. I also got NES Galaga ($1.95), Saturn Bug! ($4.95) and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine for Genesis ($4.95) at the same place.
At another thrift, I found the original EA gatefold release of Starflight for the IBM PC for $3. It's in BEAUTIFUL condition, and now I finally have the Map and Code Wheel! My all-time favorite game too!
I also picked up 2600 Sky Diver, a six-button Genesis control pad, and Rush's Hemispheres album on cassette (for listening to in my sadly CD-player-less car) at other locations.
Not a bad weekend at all!

Wow. That reminds me of something else: Now is really a good time to get ahold of PC stuff - especially the smaller releases. There's a few sites out there with unopened PC titles from back in The Day (i.e. late 1980s) and I recommend tracking them down. I've got to do that myself.
