You can mark my words. I think there are complete copies of NBA Elite 11 out there, and this is gonna be one of this generations big collector's items.

First they had the demo out for PS3 and 360. And that demo had the hilarious "Jesus glitch" which you can still find on YouTube. Then right before it was to be released, it was delayed for bug-fixing.

This past week, the achievement and trophy list for Elite 11 went online, which I've only seen for honest to God completed games. And now is the news that the game is canceled. Games don't get much closer to completion without an actual release than this.

I really really think that some complete copies are going to be out there in the future, and it's gonna be a big deal in collector's circles. That's my HUNCH.

There were copies out there in September. Game Informer even has a review in the latest issue.

Finally, an actual rarity 5 years into this generation.

Yeah, this is like way old news. Game is being reworked to come out next year, but will be different than the one that was on PS3 that sold on ebay and canned at the warehouses...

I've read some people got early copies of the full game, I don't know how legitimate those claims are though.

Someone didn't read the article linked in the 1st post.

The game is officially canceled as of yesterday. The whole thing is scrapped. The next EA NBA title will be a completely new game coming from a completely different studio.
