Ace Combat 6 Flight Stick - Compatible w/PAL 360 Systems?

Hey guys. I'm selling a Hori Ace-Edge flight stick that was released with Ace Combat 6 in the US and Japan, but not in Europe. I've got an interested buyer who asked if it is compatible with the PAL 360 (he's in the UK). I've done some research online and it mostly points toward yes, but nothing definitive.

Anyone truly know if it is? And if so, is it compatible with other flight games like IL-2 Stirmovik, Hawx and Blazing Angels?

Controllers for the Xbox 360 aren't region locked. Should work just fine for games like IL2, Blazing Angels, Ace Combat 6, HAWX, Over G Fighters, etc.
