So I got this in a box of nes stuff at a flea market. Anybody know what it is for?

That looks like the Miracle Piano Keyboard's keyboard connector for the NES.

Congrats on that one, a lot of people would kill to locate one of those cables. It's easy to find the cartridges and fairly tough to find the keyboard, but unless you get one boxed and complete that damn cable always seems to be missing.

Oh. Thanks guys. I saw a few for sale on ebay, but it looks like they only have one controller port? Is that correct?

That's what I thought. I thought yours looked like a Miracle Piano cable but the usual piano cable has 1 controller plug coming from it. Also, the controller plugs themselves on your cable don't look like normal plugs.

I'm not entirely sure what it goes to.

Hey if it does end up being a Miracle Piano cable would you be interested in selling it? I only mention this because as we speak I have a cable-less Miracle piano sitting beside me.

Join the club. I'm the same way, although I really have no interest in completing mine. I've never been a Nintendo collector, I just bought it as an oddity. And I can't ever find the keyboard for the Intellivision that I would much rather have.

I can tell you exactly what that is. I have one, it's a NES adapter for a wireless Camerica Joystick. Looks like the NES advantage, it had a serial port on the back and you could plug in the NES cord which you have or you could plug in the standard 9 pin version for use on a Sega Master system.

What you have is not really useful by itself but if you could find the joystick then you'd have a match.

This...

I have a few of these lying around as well as a few other odds and ends for the joystick(I sold the joystick years ago). Would it work for the piano or some other device? Because I have no use for them.

I stand corrected. Thanks for clearing that up.
