I just listed 5 yugioh cards and they all get a free"enlarge" button in search results, but my yugioh cards and most importantly, my videogames, don't get this.

What determines which listings get this "enlarge" button in search results?

EDIT: Got it for yugioh cards now by switching categories. Seems kind of unfair if it's only free for certain listings though.

Ebay is always running certain promotions in specific categories for different sets of users. For example, I tend to usually get free subtitles whenever I sell in the video game "game" category. A friend of mine who doesn't have a store and isn't a Top Seller doesn't receive this promotion.

Oh wow, you DO get free subtitles on games. I just revised an item and it was free.

I won't be charged for the subtitle after the sale ends and my items automatically renew themselves right?

As long as the sale/promotion is still going on, yeah, it'll be free.

But when the free subtitle promotion ENDS and my items relist themselves in my store automatically, as they do every month they don't sell, will I be charged?

That would make the free subtitles pointless if I'm just going to be charged for them sometime down the line.

Yeah, you'll be charged once the promotion ends and your items relist. Some promotions last a month or two, some seem to last forever. You never know, so you need to keep up with them.

Well forget that then. That's a scam if I ever heard one. Thanks for the heads up.

I've been getting those free subtitles for a really long time now. Probably about a year. Unfortunately turbolister doesn't know this, so I always have to confirm that I still get them free before using it on a bunch of listings. I also just found that my listings cost $0.05 if it has the pre-filled information, and $0.50 if it doesn't. Since Ikari III didn't show up in my searches at first I couldn't add the prefilled stuff and got charged .50.

Ebay is, was, and always shall be screwy.

Yeah, I discovered this a while back, too. For games that aren't in the system, you can instead use a game that has no pre-filled info (like the Panesian NES games) and it still counts in terms of the sale without confusing anyone.
