I picked this up today but I have no idea of what it could be worth though since the one side of the box is torn away. The rest of the packaging seems to be intact with no problems and the game inside is in a plastic bag, or something. But as you can see from the pictures 30-40% of the top is gone.

I'd love some input about the possible value of this.
Thanks

Did a quick look up price wise. Solo cart looks to go for about $20-$25. CIB looks to be around $40-$45. So sealed in that condition...I'm guessing maybe around $60?

No way. It's less than CIB in that shape. It's basically a loose but new cart and the instructions. Very few collectors are going to want a box that looks like a rat chewed through the top.

I'm still learning about pricing:)
So basically the tag that's on it ($35) is about right?

If everything is intact inside, the quiz book can fetch $5-$10 on its own. $30-$35 works, I guess.

I'm glad that it didn't cost me too much. I honestly thought it would be worth more. I'm not a sealed game collector and I guess this won't make me start either. To me it's the fact that the game has never been played that makes it worth more but I guess to sealed collector's it's the ultimate perfection?

I'd lean more towards $50-$60 as it's a game that's somewhat rare and it is technically still new. You might get that much locally, from someone who never shops online.

I couldn't give away my mint, sealed copy of this game for $70 (I think I finally traded it at that value just to get rid of it), so I'd say nowhere near $60 in that state.
