You ever have anything you just CAN'T get rid of for the life of you? :/

The problem with collecting older systems is not knowing what's really GOOD for it. Oh sure, you trust a lot of a reviews and what friends tell you, but unless you get the chance to actually PLAY the game, it can be misleading. It's the same way with books and movies -- often for my History studies I'll request a book at the library that sounds just like what I need, and then when it comes I'll go "oh, look at the pretty pictures!" :D

Case in point -- when I picked up a 3DO last year and started buying games for it on EBay, I ended up only keeping about a third of them. The rest I sold on EBay as a bundled auction.

Well, I'm TRYING to do the same thing with some Sega CD games. I got the system about six months ago and started buying games for it. Now I've picked up everything that sounded interesting, and again, I'm only keeping about half of my games. So the rest went up in a auction for EBay.

Now, I know they are not some of the BEST games, but even my BIN is a lot less then what I paid for all those games in singles and twos online.

Three times I've tried to sell on EBay, without any intrest. Here's a link to my last attempt:

I've even posted here in the Buy/Sell/Trade topic, as well as a couple other boards I vist. Nothing. It's worse then depressing. :(

Besides adding pics, which I can't do right now cause I'm tight in money and don't have a camera, I can't think of anything else I can do to try to get rid of these games.

At this point I'd even trade then with someone, but I mostly buy modern stuff (PC, PSX, PS2, GC, GBA) so I doubt anyone would even be interested.

Okay, I feel better now that I vented. :)

Perhaps selling them in bulk isn't the best idea. Personally speaking, I'd pick up Android Assault and Rise of the Dragon for, say, seven bucks each, but I don't feel like spending forty bucks, no matter how good of a deal it is, just to snag the two games that I would be interested in.

I don't want the vis, but I honestly can't bring myself to sell it to anyone else..its like a plague. You just don't want to spread the terror.

I'd be interested in trading for some of those Sega CD games. E-mail me a wantlist if you've got one. :)

I'm stuck with a HUGE stack of PC Engine CD games in heavy Jap as well as some PC-FX stuff, some Saturn games, and some Super Famicom stuff that no one wants *sob* Not to mention some trade stuff I'm stuck with like a spare Neo Geo Pocket Color w/games, and some other assorted random stuff

I've allready had some people PM me, so if you're interested in any of the games at all, just send me a message. :) I'm waiting to hear back from the first guy who made me a offer, though, as his offer is also the largest. :D

I don't really have a 'want list' -- I'm a gamer, not a collector. :) Anything that's a RPG/Adventure/Strategy for the PC/PSX/PS2/GC/GBA would be of intrest to me, though.

It may sound like suicide, but list the auction for $1 -- you'll grab more bidders that way.

You let me borrow it. Wasn't that bad enough?

You know not true pain until you actually own it, and its taking up permanent shelf space.

It's not so much a game system, but I'm stuck with this Gamecube RF adapter I bought (outputs to coaxil rather than a/v). I... I think I must have been snorting crack when I bought it (It was on sale. I'm a sucker for sales. I don't own a Gamecube.)

So...

Uh...

Anyone need a Gamecube RF switch? Retails $14.99, it's yours for one low payment of $3+Shipping! hehe

I've got a few stacks of out dated sports titles I can't unload for anything (Shaq-Fu anyone?) >:(

I couldn't sell any of my rare Konami stuff when I "tried," hehe. Of course, $250+ price tags on single games don't hurt either.

I seem to think that MSX2 games don't seem to sell on eBay for some reason. People want them, but they never show up. Even common stuff shows up rarely on eBay.

Same here I got stuff I like to sell but nobody seems to want it.
Look this offer goes to anyone who is interested. For I got:

POPEYE for the 5200
13 2600 games
4 7800 games and
Cantena for the MP1000

PM me for details, but I am willing to take ANY reasonable offer, and
you can ask anyone I delt with I am honest and quick to send. I am
willing to trade any of the above for other 2600, 7800, SMS, GENESIS
or even PS One title I don't have. No joke I offered them on EBAY
and got ZERO response.

IS THERE ANYONE OUT THERE WHO WANTS THEM?????
