Just follow Joe &/or John. There's sure to be a party SOMEWHERE, and they'll be there.

Actually, I've got the party this year! And I'm The goddam Red Eye, so I know how to party.

Definitely a big party Friday night, and I'm considering Saturday too. I'll have a big suite at the Plaza, so there's no excuse to not come. And every excuse to pass out in a drunken stupor.

I've got dibs on the shower, though.

We'll have games, booze, lots of people, booze, a Stunt Duck Hunt tournament, booze, I'll probably play Tetris with the furniture, there will be booze, and if you're lucky, I'll make an ass out of myself yet again.

Everyone's invited. Let Joe be your guide. And please give me a donation at the door, I don't want to spend $400 to sleep in my own city.

Party sounds great!!! Tetris with the furniture, eh? I GOT to see this! @_@

Okay, it's official. Janice and I are competing in Furniture Tetris. Do you accept the challenge?

Janice

I never say no to a challenge!!! errr...maybe sometimes-but not furniture tetris! Do I get to pick which pieces? :)

TheRedEye

I don't know, we'll have to figure out some rules. Last year a couple friends and I just got stupid and stacked furniture up...maybe this year it will be organized.

There's also a Stunt Duck Hunt tournament, for those interested. It involves jumping from furniture, diving on beds, and shooting ducks on the TV.

I'll be the guy with the camera recording the event of everyone's later embarassment. I'll also be holding Joe's beer while he joins in the furniture diving :D

Hell, I'll be up for Stunt Duck Hunt, count me in!

Me too!!!!!!

One thing though - Who will be held responsible when I and the bed that I jump on crash through the floor and land on the people in the room below?

Just wondering out loud...

mind if I show up?

If you are prepared to enter into a series of rigorous CHALLENGES guaranteed to test your mental and physical skill, then sure, yeah heck why not.

Look for us Friday night. We'll be almost impossible to miss, really. The Plaza practically has to close all other operations during this weekend to keep this crowd contained and under control.

Sounds like a gooooood party! The only downside is I'm too young to drink. :( So I guess I'll have to help work the camera and remind everybody just what the hell went on that night. :D If some of you like, I can keep some of the more... embarrassing... details out. ;)

Could always show up naked. And don't say birthday suits would be the same thing. No two snowflakes, you know?

Remembers that no one ever told Kris about "the guard".

Pssst.. Kris, I'll be watch and distract the guard! You bag me some extra stuff when you get in!!

Nothing to see here. Move along.

It's kinda funny to see you two plotting to steal from the museum, and it's VERY obvious to those of us who have been there in the past that you're not aware of our guard Curtis. Remember Tempest getting all upset about the cruel treatment by the security guard at the museum? Curtis looks like a football player who was thrown out of the league for being too dangerous.

He'd clunk your two heads together like a coupl'a coconuts.

Curtis is great. He also takes zero crap - even from those not giving him crap in the first place.

Hey Joe, for the party, how's about breaking out Project X for a preview? Might be a fun diversion for a few minutes before we gets back to drinkin'.

Hmmm.... that does pose a problem. I wonder if he's scared of mice. I've seen more men scream like little girls and run at the sight of a mouse than I'd care to admit.

Ladies, ladies, no need to try to break into the Museum just to see me! There's enough of me to go around! (If Op: Tom Collins is successful, I may be sleeping in the museum, to protect the horde....)

Boys, boys...you have no idea how effective "The HONK Project" is. Believe me, even Curtis will be more than happy to step aside for more. ;)

Ok someone needs to fill me in on this museum stuff....(???)

The more I hear of the pary, the more psyched I get...Sounds like the Plaza needs to take out some extra insurance for the weekend!

Mainly because of me. :D Now that I'm booked for CGE, I would publicly like to apologize for anything stupid I do in 3 weeks.

BUMP!

I'm thinking of starting the party around 8 or 9 Friday night, and having another (likely smaller) party Saturday night. Who's going?

Put me down as "quite probable". We tried a "vendor night" on Saturday last year, hosted a catered event for the exhibitors but for the most part they bailed on it. That leaves this year kinda open. I wouldn't miss FRIDAY for the world but not 100% sure what Saturday will bring until it gets here.

Thanks for hosting these parties, Frank! It's a great way to keep (at least the forum) people together for an extended time over the weekend. You ROCK.

That's the place! The bar is right outside of the banquet hall, where we host a "thank you" dinner for the alumni/keynote speakers and their guests.

Party sounds great! That'd be really cool to meet people from this board... But I've never been to Vegas, where's this place at? Mind if I bring a few friends (dunno if they'll be gambling or not, but they might want to come). I know I need something to do since I'm too young to gamble (and drink, although that's probably better for me, playing stunt drunk hunt might be kinda dangerous :P ).
