Hi folks,
the overwhelming requests we get to "explain how to get started" with emulation has finally caught up, and today four excellent emulator tutorials written by Tim Warner have been added.

Atari 2600: Stella X
Atari 5200: Virtual SuperSystem
Odyssey2: O2EM
ColecoVision: Virtual ColecoVision

To access any of these, go to the MAIN EMULATION PAGE (http://www.videogamearchive.com/emulator.htm), select one of these systems and click the "DP Help" logo at the bottom right. These are VISUAL tutorials, showing you step by step how to get going.

Hmm... I prefer MEKA for Colecovision emulation, not only that it's a great Sega Master System emulator.

Hmm... I prefer MEKA for Colecovision emulation, not only that it's a great Sega Master System emulator.

The emulators chosen were not based on which ones are BEST, they're based on which ones needed tutorials (and in some cases are Tim's preferred emulator for that system).
