Saw a t-shirt for the old computer game Archon at the local Goodwill and was wondering if it's worth anything. (I know stuff like this generally isn't but I thought for something older like that it might be.) Anyone have an idea? Did an Ebay search but came up empty-handed. It's basically a white shirt w/ the cover art from the game on the front.

I don't know the value but why you guys pass stuff like this up, ask about it, then go back only to be disappointed it's gone is beyond my understanding. See something interesting for sale at a thrift for a few bucks? Buy it. Worst case you might end up eating a few dollars here and there.

Well said. I've bought my share of worthless, but interesting, shit. It is time everyone else start doing the same. I've also gambled on some stuff that just looked cool and it turned out some other nutjob thought so too and I made a few bucks. I figure if I get a close-up look at something neato it is time/money well spent.

so... pics or it didn't happen.

Yeah, how the hell do you think I've gotten all the weird shit I've bought over the years? Take a chance. ;)

Eh, I don't have three bucks to waste on something I won't be able to get rid of. I have no interest in the shirt for myself, it would just go into the trade pile. Seriously, I'm short $250 right now (well, $50 of that is necessary, the rest is but isn't), so I don't have the extra cash. If it's worth something to YOU offer me something for it and I'll go pick it up. I highly doubt it's actually gone a day later. (Considering this place doesn't have a high turn over when it comes to their merch.)

I'll take it for $3. Not even joking.

It's at the Goodwill on NE 145th & 15th NE in Seattle. $2.99 + tax.

Says the guy who just passed up a Twin Famicom... LOL

Anyway, I agree with mobiusclimber and I pretty much pass on things unless I want them for myself or know for sure that they're more valuable. I don't have the space to store stuff that will be difficult to sell and $2-$3 here and there adds up. I've passed on several video game shirts and hats that were too recent for my liking, including a Sega Sports hat because it was related to sports games. Overall there are more things that I regret buying than I regret passing on. And Kitsune Sniper, I would have passed on that Twin Famicom too, from your description it was missing hookups and looked beat up so I would have done the same thing. ;)

Did the shirt look vintage? It could have been a recent retro shirt, plenty of T-shirt places make custom retro themed shirts.

It did not look well-worn. I had no idea that there were places to buy Archon shirts (seems a bit obscure, but I was never a computer gamer), that's pretty crazy and really cool.
