So I can't afford an iPod atm so I bought a cheap 16gb mem card for the PSP. I thought this would solve the problem for a while but its been awful since day 1. First of all it doesn't fucking shuffle songs, no it shuffles songs in groups. There's no other option. Feel like listening to the same band for how many songs you've got of them? Well neither do I. Then I thought of to put the music in playlists cause playlists don't group songs then you can shuffle. What another fucking joke, you can't have more then 999 songs in it. That's a retarded sick joke right? No. Now I'm stuck with a piece of shit music player for my car, oh and before someone tells me to install custom firmware and put a homebrew product in I can't because I have a 3000 model and can't.
Yeah I'm pretty fucking pissed. Music is gonna suck for a long time.

You can use half byte loader to load certain programs, including many emulators, until the PSP 3000 can be downgraded.
*edit*
6.20 HEN is estimated to be released between 12/20 - 12/25. Don't upgrade your PSP. This will work for PSP3000, Go, and I'm assuming any other PSP if you still don't have your system downgraded.

Honestly, cheap Sansa's seem to be the best-kept secret when it comes to good, cheap music players. The things work great, are easy to use, and cheap enough that you won't care too much if one is lost or broken.

Do they come in 16gb or bigger? I didn't see much.
EDIT: I found em. Thanks I might have to look into, although compatible media players are a big thing for me also, and I can't stand windows media player.
