I've been emailing them since sunday and no response so are they on vacation or something? Also all the info I can find is old about them like how they did payments in the past. But I would like to know more from someone who has imported from them recently. I know I made a thread about Japangamestock on Off Topic. but this one is different with the questions I'm asking. And this board is the most likely one I'd get an answer from.

Well, it's been over 5 months since I last ordered from them, everything was fine back then. Anyway, I have no idea how the company is ran. If there's just one or two people in it, I guess they might just be busy, so some patience wouldn't hurt!

I did get (hanatakadaka) for the pce recently from jgs without a problem so dunno.Most of the time i pay them with a ipmo and that's it.If they,didn't get back to you right away on your question there either realy busy or there on vacation i guess.

This happened a couple times. Usually, it's when they are on vacation. It still didn't take too long for them to contact me and the games still shipped out and arrived a few days after I was contacted. I ordered Twinbee 3 from them a month ago and that one shipped out pretty fast.

The shipping price is rediculous for one item if you have to wait that long. I just ordered Hello Kitty World (original Balloon Kid) for the Famicom and shipping was 7.50! Last time I ordered from Japangamestock I had no problem and I hope there won't be any excessive delay come round this time...

My last order with them was like a month ago (saving my money for Christmas gifts), but I regularly ordered from them over the past year. Though I paid with paypal, I usually got each order within a week.
It did take a few business days for them to respond with a total the last time I went with their buy-3-get-one loose FC or SFC games offer.
Yeah, the $7.50 is why I almost never ordered a single game from them. Even if I only wanted one game, I'd pick up a cheaper second game to better justify the shipping charge.
