A Google search provides links to RedSpotGames new feed showing the last update they had on the game was a series of new screenshots. That post was from two months ago. I'm not seeing a release date listed anywhere.

For what it's worth, a quick check on Wikipedia listed the release date as 2012 TBC, with the last projected date being 3/12/12 or around the time the screen shots on the webiste were last posted.

I hope it see's a release this year, I saw the trailer some time ago and It looks great. I love a good shmup! It looks pretty nice too and any new game on a sega console is enough to get me all teary eyes!

Yes supposed to be sometime this year hopefully,they delayed the game since it was not ready and they are still working on it since originally they were gonna release it a few months ago.
