Handic VIC-REL 64 Relay Cartridge for Commodore 64

I have a VIC-REL relay cartridge for the C64/128 with manuals and some sort of article about the device, as well as an official software disk and a homebrew disk for controlling robotic arms. Anybody have any idea what these are worth?
