Anyone? And do you think it's worth that price? Is it fun?

It is a fun game, no doubt about that. However there are two problems. It does not work on the 360 and the fact that if you do not eject before getting blown up your save game file is erased.
The value is dependent on a few things. Do you have the box? Instructions? Screwdriver? All pieces including the cap that goes over the button (eject I think)? Also, do you have the green or blue button version? The green is worth more.
All things being said you can expect $80+ shipped from a 100% complete copy. I would hold onto it, especially if the rumored Steel Battalion Kinect is real. The value may increase.

It's real, and that's part of the reason why I want to buy it, get it before demand explodes.
Speaking of which, can you tell when you are about to blow up? Also, if anyone has the game/controller, I am interested.

I've seen these go for $200 complete a year ~ year and a half ago. I had the controller + disc only game and sold it for $60 (granted to someone on CL who probably didn't know what they went for).

i bought this game complete with box, controller game and a free sealed copy of steel battalion line of sight the online expansion for around 80 or 85 dollars, only thing missing were the instruction manuals
the game itself isnt usally what cripples you, not even the controller if bought locally, its the shipping, the shipping prices are usually the deal breakers when i look online, my advice would be to look for it locally and hope to get lucky

I always wanted to try out these VT controller drivers for PC but I really don't want to go thru the hassle of unboxing/re-boxing my controller again:

apparently it works pretty well with Mechwarrior

I have a complete with box, as well as the Brady Strategy guide, I have a chance to sell it for 150, I am a little iffy on pulling the trigger. Looks liike a good price for me as a seller based on this thread.
Thoughts?
