Does owning a CIB Genesis game with the plastic 'store hanging' piece still attached make the game any more valuable?

I'm not sure if it's worth more but I prefer the boxes when they still have the tabs on them. If I'm undecided about buying a Genesis game I come across, I might just go for it if it was in near mint shape with the tag still attached.
