Anybody know how to get it working on a PC. I just need step by step instructions on how to do this if anyone here can post them. I downloaded it from a link that I got, and was told to go to C:MUGEN. That's it. I'm just not good at this and don't do this kind of stuff on a regular basis. So if anybody can give more detailed help, I would appreciate it.

Didn't that godawful program get a Windows version or something?

I'm pretty sure every version is just a collection of hacks and cracks at this point. It's rumoured to be back in active development, though, so maybe we'll see some actual improvements and modern OS support one of these days.

Is MUGEN worth downloading? I've thought about using it before, but never have.

It's fun for what it is, but after you're done laughing at it, it doesn't have much appeal.
Mugen fanboys claim it's not a fighting game, but rather a tool for creating them, but it's an archaic piece of shit as a development tool, and I've yet to see a Mugen game that wasn't a broken mess.

I have.
Stock zip file. Kung Fu Man. That's it. That's the perfect Mugen game.
