Buying a PS3

It's come time for me to branch out from my 360 and get a PS3. (Basically, I want to play Uncharted, God of War, and Gran Turismo 5.) How much do the old 60 GB and 20 GB models cost these days? I have never owned a PS1 or PS2 (blasphemy, I know), and would like to be able to play these all on one machine. The wifi in the 20 GB isn't a huge deal, because I have ethernet around.

In a related note, if someone is willing to sell, I'd be interested.

If you're interested in ad-hoc party at all, playing ad-hoc only PSP games online, then you'll want to get the 60GB. Since the 20GB has no wireless, it's impossible to use ad-hoc party.
