Anyone know of a good source for the 8 din connector? This is the connector that is popular to install RGB on a TurboDuo / Duo-R. I found one place:

http://www.allelectronics.com/make-a-store/item/DIN-8PC/8-PIN-FEMALE-DIN-CONNECTOR-RT-ANGLE-PC-MOUNT/1.html

But when I found the datasheet:

http://www.switchcraft.com/Drawings/62PC8F_CD.pdf

It didnt look like it would match up the holes nicely. Anyone know of a source that would fit a stock Duo?

You can use pretty much any 8 pin din connector. The bottom part that holds in the the two grounding pins snaps off. You swap it with the grounding pins on the stock 5 pin din connector.

but there is a version that has completely different layout for the other pins. I actually found what I was looking for on Ebay, and it should just be a simple grounding pin swap as you mentioned.
