You're paying for a sticker on a DSLite. If there are any Download station games included, then the price could move up, especially depending on which ones. Otherwise, what a used DSLite is worth, plus a few bucks to the right collector.

Most of download stations that i've seen are old silver DS Phats, and the security box that they're locked in is important to their values.
