my monitor works great with other pcb boards but when I plug in this happy fish 2 board it's got this light electric fuzz storm that rolls through the screen the hole time. I can see everything it's just really annoying what could be causing this? please help
You might want to give some more details to get more assistance. This is more of a general video gaming forum rather than just arcade... so with the few details you've posted, it's probably very unclear what you're asking.
Seeing your other thread, I know what you're talking about, though I'm really not sure about a solution. It sounds like it could be a video ground issue. Video ground is pin 14 on the JAMMA harness... I'd verify that it's connected to the monitor correctly, and also make sure that pin is connected to regular ground. I know some boards don't connect the video ground properly, and you just need to connect the pin to one of the regular grounds.
