You might be thinking of the older SNES SF2 releases (WW/Turbo).

He does climb the fence in Champion Edition for the Genesis.

I can't imagine why he wouldn't do it in Turbo.

Confirmed this with my Genesis versions.

You know what ...I was thinking about the sega champ. version. I guess no biggie. Still ,that was a little detail i loved in those games.

The fence climb is kind of useless anyway, unless you're trying to run down the clock.
I like how it was handled in SFA3, since it lets you do either the wall dive or the fence dive depending on what buttons you press.

It's fine for computer Vega, but if you're using him the fence climb really screws up your strategy.

i was about to say that, the fence climb was a cheap boss move. something that players did not have access to in the original.

Only because you couldn't use the bosses in the original. The fence climb was in full effect for CE and HF.

I would like to use this thread to ask, how do you teleport with Dalshin in any SF2 of the SNES ?

Dhalsim can't teleport in the original game or the normal mode in SFIITurbo.

Street fighter II Turbo (turbo mode only):
dragon punch motion with either all three kicks or all three punches

Super Street Fighter II:
dragon punch motion with either any two kicks or any two punches

The dragon punch according to the street fighter II remix on psn is:

<- -> \/ -> punch

is that it on the old games ?

I mean: back, front, down, diagonal down front, front : punch

I always did this way, in arcade:

down, diagonal down front, front (2 times) and punch.

I have to admit Dhalsim was just a novelty to me and i thought the character vulnerable but i read the other day that Dhalsim was one of the characters that had to be changed on later versions because his yoga fire could not be jumped over.
I think that Vega is one of the most interesting characters created in any fighting game and his interaction with the background was unique to me back then as i had not seen before in a `stage` fighting game.

I guess the right movement is front, down, diagonal down front.
