I got an epic deal on this here on DP a while back. I'm not much needing it now. I'd be open to pass it along. If you have something else I may want, we can talk.
It's a Tototek Megacart for Sega Genesis. Includes the case, instruction card, CD, cables, and adaptator. A popular use of this is playing Sega CD imports. Also has limited flash cart abilities (not really its intended purpose).
