If anyone could translate this for me I'd be very grateful. Only the top stuff is what I'm interested in. The Nintendo copyright mumbo jumbo at the bottom I don't really care about.

No, no one can translate Japanese. The whole nation is hopelessly isolated. All those fansubs out there are wild guesses. :p
Oh, I'll have a go. But really, you could probably pester some of the folks at Starman.net for details. Even this Jon Kay person is Googlable.
