Genesis Madden 96 Team Codes Question

I have a question regarding the team codes for the Genesis Madden NFL 96. What are the correct codes for 75 Steelers, 76 Raiders, 79 Bucs, 80 Eagles and 89 49ers? The ones I've viewed online don't seem to work. I'm mainly interested in the 76 Raiders, coached by Madden, and the 80 Eagles, QB Jaworski.
