You can get the game used for $15 fairly easily and $20 new, so the download code isn't too great of a deal.
The $1.74 price sure caught my attention though. But how does it cost $8 to email you a code?

They don't email you the code. They send you the blister pack with the card inside.

I sell copies of this for $10. My shipping charge is $4 but the buyer can always request that I email the code and save on the shipping, especially for international buyers.
