Is Full House Tournament Fighter a real game or one that the angry video game nerd made up in christmas special part 2 saq fu or is it just made up. If it is real why is there no video of these characters fighting or any info on what this game is about. Can some one help me out here?

A game where you can fight as minors or a dog, obviously this is real. Nintendo would surely let this come out to one of their consoles.

Oh it's real. Michelle has a doppelganger super just like Morrigan from Darkstalkers.
O. Bob Saget is banned from tournament play because he's overpowered and you can just spam fireballs the whole match and wait for a jump in. It's just "Tanner! Tanner! Tanner! Tanner Uppercut!" all day long.

Yeah, but only in the SNES version, which lacks blood and/or alcohol. That's all in the Mega Drive version, even though the graphics suck in that port.
