Good price for a CIB Neo Geo AES Ghost Pilots?

Before I spend the money I figured I'd ask here on DP. I found a mint CIB copy of Ghost Pilots for the AES for $40. Is that a relatively decent price for a complete copy of the US release of this game?

That's about right. You used to be able to get a NOS copy for that price, but many of those copies have dried up recently.
