Doesn't appear to be...that's way high for that...if I'm not mistaken, I could've sworn these were only going for $50-ish.

Mega Man games, especially COMPLETE Mega Man games in such nice condition, generally go for crazy amounts on eBay. You're basically asking why the grass is green. It just is, man. :)
