Alright time to let go of the stack of Nintendo Powers. First, please understand these are NOT mint. Some look really nice, some show considerable wear. I'll take pics of any that you want to see in particular. Second, this is going as a set. Unless you want to make an offer on them all and just have me throw away the non early issues to save on shipping then these are staying together.

For the moment please make an offer on these, I'm not sure what they are worth, I'll try to do some investigating and add a price if no one takes them in the next couple days.

All issues except 2 have posters in them. I did not notice any of the cards in any issue. The 2 issues without posters are Nov/Dec 89 and Sep/Oct 89. I do however have 2 loose posters that are included and they might match up, I'm not sure. There are some AWESOME posters in the early ones.

This is not a complete run, there are some issues missing in here.

The issues without #'s:
July/Aug 88 1st issue
Sept/Oct 88
Nov/Dec 88
Jan/Feb 89
Mar/Apr 89
May/Jun 89
Sep/Oct 89
Nov/Dec 89
Jan/Feb 90
Mar/Apr 90
May/Jun 90
July/Aug 90

Numbered Issues:
15-32, 44-57, 59, 62, 70, 71, 73, 128-130, 137, 165, 168-177, 183, 197-199, 205-207, 209, 212-216

If it helps you, I just sold Vol. 96-132 as a lot. I relisted it twice and was only able to get $1 a piece off of them. The older ones might be worth more than a dollar each but I am not sure.

That doesn't sound too far off from what I was thinking. Does $100 for everything sound good to anyone? That's just over $1 a piece.

Man I'd love to own those, those were great reads for sure. If you end up not selling them and want to get rid of them cheaply then PM me. I don't know how I'd afford shipping though.

Oh another tip of advice, Parcel post shipping for 37 issues was $30. So it was more like the buyer was paying almost $2 per magazine to have them. If I were you I wouldn't ship them in one box if there are 100 issues. That will be extremely heavy and the box will probably fall apart.

The reason I didn't want my older Nintendo Power magazines anymore was because of retromags.com, and I am trying to save space for other things like more actual games. They don't have any newer issues beyond 1999 though and they don't have any scans of the posters or extra content. Having the real magazines is really cool and a lot easier to use if you do actually have the space for them. Sadly I just don't. I sold off 3 years of my preteen nostalgia, but at least I can look at those scans.

I just shipped over 50 old pc mags via media mail for 12.52. The only problem with media mail is you cant get a delivery confirmation.

These are now PENDING.

Thanks for the advice on the shipping, as to boxes falling apart they make double walled boxes which can hold up a LOT of weight I've used them before when I sold my Neo Geo Freak's (those went overseas so it was ridiculous shipping). You have to get them at a box store or online but they work really well for the super heavy stuff. Anyone try UPS for something like this before?

While I generally avoid using Media Mail, this is the perfect scenario for it. Most video game magazines aren't worth enough for people to be willing to shell out a lot on shipping.

Although when I bought most of my Nintendo Power issues, a box of roughly 100 weighing 55 pounds, it was shipped FedEx for about 10 bucks. But that was only because the seller was just a couple towns over, hehe.
