What is a peg case? You talking about saturn style cases or what?

a peg case is a cd case that has 2 little pegs that hold the manual in on the front of the game case, in most cases it damages the right edge of the manual by making dents in the manuals right side.if u look though your games u will c 2 differant styles of cd jewel cases
