Sega Master System Help

I was thinking of starting to collect for the sega master system. I am completely new to this system. When I was younger only one kid in my neighborhood had this system and I rarely played it but it was fun when I did.

Anyway what is a good price to get a complete system for?

And anything else I should know about.

I am biased, I admit that but the sms is a great system, if you are collecting to play games buy PAL games,there is some awesome stuff in PAL land for the sms and most title plays on an NTSC machine with no errors.
