After throwing out a best offer on eBay (That I didn't think would be accepted, that's what I get) I now have about 6 360 Faceplates to display. Has anyone ever hung them up on a wall or something similar? How'd you do it?

I haven't but I've honestly been thinking about it.
I have the 5(I think it was 5) faceplates from Eternal Sonata, 1 of SFIV, and 1 of Gears of War. I've also wondered how best to do it. I didn't want to use nails or cup hooks as I was worried about scratching them.

I don't have any insight to add but I can't wait to see what ideas are brought up because this is a great idea.

I've considered using some long, thin nails that would hold the faceplate where the disc drive opening is. I'm hanging them the door to the room, so it should be able to balance on the door frame.

You could perhaps hang them up on an angle, maybe each faceplate slanting to the right or left side by side instead of hanging them vertically. Or maybe alternate them, one go left other go right and with a vertical one between them. There is a ton of different combos you can do. Also if you don't want to scratch them with hooks, maybe try wrapping the hook/nail in some sort of thin padding? I doubt it would be very noticable.

Figured I'd post an update.

I found that the notch on the bottom backside of the faceplate sticks out a bit. So what I'm going to try and do is either put a little piece of wood a cm or so above the door frame before hanging them.

So if it does fall off the nail, that notch should hold it from falling. I'll try and take pictures sometime to show what I'm talking about.

I've always displayed them sitting on shelves or my desk...

I don't have a good pic at the moment, but you can see some of my signed faceplates and the E3 2005 plate in the background.
