I recently found some pretty neat items that are definitely unique. Personally not a HUGE amiga fan, and would like these items to go to a more serious collector. Bottom line is that I would like to sell them but have no idea of what they would be worth. I have taken some pictures of what I have, and any ballpark figures would be great. Again, I would like to sell these things to help fund various things that I want for my own collection, as well as help fund some special projects for the upcoming Cowlitz Gamers for Kids show.

They are neat, but unfortunately, they aren't crazy valuable. Commodore used to invite literally thousands of developers to its annual Developers Meeting and each year they would get a binder with various technical documents and a bunch of discs with preview versions of the various software updates which would then be sent to retail in the coming year. In later years, the software was given out on CD-Roms. If you didn't attend the conference, you could also buy the materials directly from Commodore as part of their CATS program for roughly $75 at the time. All of these documents and the software has been well preserved by the Amiga fan community which is still pretty vibrant. You can also buy a CD-Rom with all of the software and documentation from all of the Developer Conferences from Amigakit.com
Your best bet to get the items in the hands of an Amiga collector would be to post them on Amibay or Amiga.org or the English Amiga board. I think I paid $50 a couple of years ago for a full set of the 1990 Dev Conference notes and discs. Sometimes they go for more and sometimes they go for less. You might get some more interest on the CDTV binder from a CDTV collector, although my recollection of that binder is that it's pretty dry technical specs and techniques.
