Hi all,
I've had this buried in my head for years and figure if anyone can answer, it's my DP buddies. :D

-We had this in the mid 80s, I was 5-6 at the time and remember very little about it. We got it used, so it may have been several years old already.
-Had a keyboard and monitor, they might have been attached. Can't remember anything about a drive.
-The only software I remember using on it was a program where you could enter a number, and depending on the number it would play a tone/song, display something on the screen, etc. I almost want to say this software was built-in, but I really can't remember.

Sorry, I know the description is terrible. But that's really all I remember about it.

Thanks!

Are you trying toi ID the computer, or the software program?

Surely you remember something visually descriptive - colors, shape, size?

sounds like a C64 with one of the music program carts, maybe "music maker"

Definitely sounds like a Commodore64. Did it work consistently or was it kind of a gamble?

Honestly I don't. As I mentioned I was only 5 at the time.

I guess if I could identify that particular software it'd be a good start.

Just did some searching and I don't think that's it. This was a very plain test-based program. Type a number, hit return, and something happens.

I don't remember. My brother has suggested that maybe it was a 'cheaper' version of the C64. Maybe the VIC-20? I dunno.
