I don't know if you'll have much luck with that. "Cheap" and "non-fighting" don't really go together when it comes to Neo Geo. If you're talking cheap as in 10-20 bucks, that's more the realm of Art of Fighting, Samurai Shodown, Fatal Fury, World Heroes, etc. If your definition of "cheap" includes games that are more around $40, then, yeah, you could get yourself a fair number of non-fighting games.

Note that you really need to keep an eye out on Magical Drop Pocket. For me, it was the last and HARDEST title to come across. I was extremely lucky to snag a copy for cheap on Ebay (CIB) a few years ago, but it was a real pain.
So if you see it, pick it up quick!
