That said...I'm amazed judge Milian didn't call them on the obvious piracy/DMCA violations being presented in front of her. You can bet Judge Judy would've called them on it.

Pretty lame case. Should have been brought to Judge Judy...the outcome would have much much, MUCH more different...and wickedly awesome. :p

There is nothing illegal about modifying hardware, even under the bullshit laws. :confused:

True, but these guys were basically saying they were using it to pirate games. Agreed that Judge Judy would have destroyed them both.
