Making A SNES Cartridge?

Would anyone be willing to help me make a SNES cartridge? I found a few tutorials online such as

But they dont really go step by step.

You wouldn't be creating a new cartridge, just recycling the materials of a donor cart. The first link should pretty much give you a good idea on what you would need to do if you were planning on making the jump.
